First Crescent Moon Update: Slowly but Surely...

A short message on this first crescent moon (since I missed the last full moon) to let you know that the project is progressing slowly but surely. I hope to have some dates to announce to you soon. In the meantime, here are some new photos of the boxes to show you the color differences between the various gold papers used for the project.

FULL MOON UPDATE : Boldness & Unity

When I decided to inform you about the project's progress during each full moon, I didn’t expect to find information that would resonate so deeply.
Here’s what I discovered about this full moon on August 19, 2024: it’s the moon of liberation and boldness, urging us to move forward cautiously! It has the power to bring out our audacious spirit. During a full moon, we often face the results of our recent actions: either we reap the rewards of our efforts with deep satisfaction, or we realize that things are stagnating. This is the perfect time to reassess our approaches to maximize our chances of reaching our goals. Trust yourself, be patient, and remain flexible.
All this is to say that the project is progressing, even though I can’t show you concrete results yet. I hope to have more information soon.
Shipping of other editions
I’m waiting for a new proposal to ship the packages with FedEx, aiming for better service, especially in terms of tracking. This has unfortunately delayed (once again) the shipping of the ready editions. However, this should be resolved quickly with the end of summer and the resumption in September.

Full Moon Update: New Partnership for Cards Printing

The full moon of July has arrived, and I hope it positively influences you. According to my online research, this is a period of development, progress, and rapid advancements. It's a time of intense flourishing. The main characteristic of the July full moon is that people feel a surge of energy and strive to improve their lives. Unconsciously, there is a desire, a need for forward movement.
I will take this as a symbol of the project's progress, as I am finalizing a new partnership with WJPC for the printing of this edition of the game. This partnership will allow us to add hot foil finishes on the cards and the sides of the decks! For reference, they played the one and only The Eye Of The Ocean decks from Stockholm17
Very soon, the empty boxes will embark on their grand journey to come back to me full.
Shipping of Other Sets
As you have waited long enough, I will finalize the shipments of the other games. By the end of the summer, I will send out the color collection and the white collection to those who ordered them, even if you also ordered the new gold collection. It will arrive later, once it is finalized. Do not worry if you receive only part of your reward... If you order individual decks, they will be sent later.

Full Moon Update: The Boxes Are Printed

It is with immense joy that I send you this update from Studio Pression, where we are finalizing the printing of the gold boxes.
First of all, here are some photos...
It took all this time to find a slot and dedicate the necessary time to the printing process. I am delighted with the result for each box; the Gmund gold paper we use is absolutely magnificent, and the outcome exceeds my expectations. Each gold paper reflects light differently, making it very difficult to capture the final result in photos. I hope that when you have the games in your hands, you will understand why it took so much time.
For your information, each box requires five machine passes: one for the gold foil, one for the white foil, one for the embossing (marking in the paper), one for the debossing (to create relief in certain areas), and a final one for the die-cutting into the final shape. The folding and gluing of the boxes still remain.
The next step will be to produce the cards with the gilding and side markings, then send the boxes to the manufacturer who will finalize each game and send them back to me completed. Then, I can start the shipments.
I have set myself the goal of sending you an update with every full moon, to keep a rhythm and not get caught up in the daily grind. While researching information on this full moon, I found this: "With a full moon in Sagittarius, you have an optimistic approach to life, and despite potential troubles, you keep the belief that things can only get better." I needed to read this...
I will not announce the delivery dates yet because I don't have all the info, but I am happy to say that things are progressing very positively. More to come with the next full moon...

Finally, some news. I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but things have evolved, and I still need to adjust the plan for this project. For those who may have lost track, after I launched the collector's edition project, my idea was to run a campaign for each game. However, after the launch of the second game, Excelsior, I think it's no longer a good idea.
But my goal remains the same: to make this edition the collector's edition that meets your expectations as collectors.
The next step is to print the boxes to show you the quality I aim for with this project, the one you've supported. I'm also looking into having the cards gilded and hot foil printed.
Being a collector myself, I've seen how rapidly our community evolves. I see projects being canceled, projects being delayed, and manufacturers driving all creators crazy with their moves and technical errors. Creating a game of the scale of this project is not an easy task, but thanks to your support and patience, I can move towards my goal. The only thing I need is time for everything to fall into place.
The surveys are currently being validated by Bacerkit and will be sent out in the next few days to collect your information. If you only ordered the color or white version of the decks, they will be shipped in March. However, if your order includes one or more games from the gold edition, your order will remain pending until the gold decks are finalized.
